I saw Dr. Guthman because I am 30 and cannot go more than 5 minutes without having to urinate. He was very friendly and made small talk most the visit, then suggested it's my personality type (my prostate is swollen because I'm neurotic or something vaguely unscientific). He put me on a medication for 3 months, when that didn't work he tried another for 3 months. I called with an emergency at 10:41 AM today January 17th - With a catheter issue and some very serious questions of severe pain. I was told from Dr. Guthman’s nurse Amber she would call me back. She’s gonna call him and go over all the information. Maybe change my meds figure things out. I called no less than eight times with emergency and spoke to the receptionist and each time they said they would have her call me back. She’s with the patient that she knows it’s an emergency. Not sure why so many negative feedbacks. My experience was excellent for 2 visits I made so far to Dr. Guthman. Practically no waiting time for the appt., my issue was addressed properly. Positive experience.
