rude receptionist, grilled me on the phone when i went to rebook my appointment that i missed because they keep calling me on an unknown number. I explained that I get multiple unknown calls a day so I cannot differentiate between scam and real calls. then she hung the phone up on me and would NOT pick up the next time I called.
