Excellent care
The worst experience I have endured in the ten years or more that I have used Novant health. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and checked in at the reception desk. The nurse called me through in a prompt manner and carried out her tasks quickly and efficiently. At no time was I informed that the doctor was running late.
