I have been using Dr Miller for the past 4 years and have enjoyed my experience with him. He has answers for my questions and has made suggestions that make me feel much more at ease about my heart. I definite upgrade from my previous cardiologist!!!
I don't care how good this doctor is, my wife and I came to the same conclusion. He has the personality of a small soap dish. And his manner and tone is short, brusque, terse, and frankly a bit rude and snobbish.
I had a terrible experience with Dr Miller. I went to Enron for extremely high blood pressure ( has never happened) and I had to wait several weeks to even get an appointment despite the emergency. When I finally made it to the appointment with all of the information he needed. I waited for an hour in the lobby and then they told me I had to reschedule because someone had called me and I didn’t hear them. The girls behind the desk were not helpful at all and quite rude.
Horrible bedside manners. I would not recommend him to anyone. Don’t understand why the hospital Management allows him to see patients and be part of the Cleveland organization which has a lot of excellent doctors.
My father needed open heart surgery. Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Miller were part of his care team. The next surgery spot they had open wasn’t for another month and a half, and it was going to be about an hour drive own south. He needed the surgery sooner so we went with JFK hospital Atlantis. Unfortunately, my father had strokes. Devastating.
