This is the man responsible for the heroin epidemic in North Phoenix. He would give out scripts for Oxys to anyone along with xanex even though he was a pain management specialist. He gave me 180 oxycodone a month for minor knee pain. I'm amazed this guy isn't in prison doing life like he should be.
This is the man responsible for the heroin epidemic in North Phoenix. He would give out scripts for Oxys to anyone along with xanex even though he was a pain management specialist. He gave me 180 oxycodone a month for minor knee pain. I'm amazed this guy isn't in prison doing life like he should be.
This man in 2008 gave prescriptions of xanex and Oxycodone to me and over 6 people I knew who had no proof or medical need for it. All we were asked to do was come up with some type of proof that we had been in pain at one point. This man is a horrible person who deserves to be in prison. I ended up a heroin addict like all of his other clients. I am now a social worker and clean many years and this man is responsible personally for a huge chunk of heroin addiction in North Phoenix.
The wait is too long before they see you. Then I took my infant in to get checked and waited just for them to tell me that she is too young to get seen. I told Dr that I would have preferred them telling me in the beginning then waiting this long just to let me that. They should have a sign showing the ages that can be seen there.
