I like Dr. Smeal very much and he spends a lot of time with you. My problem right now is, the office staff. I got a call a couple weeks ago from them and left a message for me to call them back, which I did. They called back a few days later and I wasn't home and once again they left a message to call back. I left another message asking them if I had an appointment and to let me know why they were calling. After about 2 weeks, I called again today and didn't get anyone. He was my PCP for close to 10 years. After many years of him never knowing why you were even there while reading your chart, I finally decided to find another provider. At least 5-7 years of him telling my white count was very elevated with no further testing, I was diagnosed with Leukemia 6 months after switching Drs. Not very happy. Also is needs to look deeper into his pts drug addiction before constantly prescribing medication that is being abused. I give him a 1/2 a star.
