A cautionary tale! I saw Dr. Darren Leavitt back in 2019 when he was working with the Foot Institute out of Calgary and Okotoks. Before I saw him, I read his online reviews. There was one really terrible one and I dismissed it because I assumed it was a disgruntled patient, and I just read all the other reviews which seemed decent. The experience was disappointing, even after arriving for my appointment on time and informing the staff that I would need help filling out the form because I had left my glasses at home, I was met with a rude reaction and was put on the back burner despite me being frank letting them know, that I came here during my break and I didn't have flexibility with scheduling which is why I booked for that time. Ridiculously long wait time. They sent us a warning message that we are going to be charged $90 for no show or for showing up late. Yet, you'd arrive on time and could be waiting for one hour in a crowded waiting room. Not a pleasant experience.
Visited Dr. Darren Leavitt for foot pain problem. Dr Darren was referred by my Physician. Very Friendly Staff, Free Parking in complex, Assistant nurse very supportive. Besides Dr. Darren was very precise in figuring out my Moms Foot Pain Problem. Thanks Dr. Darren Leavitt & Staff members.
