10 year follow up: In mid 2013 I was diagnosed with a pilonidal sinus. I had a surgery to remove it at another hospital which left a gaping wound that took months to heal, and unfortunately the pilonidal sinus quickly recurred in the same place. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Easy to talk to. Great bedside manner. Very happy with my surgery outcome. Worth the 2.5 hour trip to see him. 😊
I cannot express just how grateful I am to have been under the care of Dr Gold. Dr Gold has the most professional bedside manner (after all I’d previously been through before seeing Dr Gold, This was appreciated). He also took the time to explain everything in detail that I’d never previously heard about my condition & Most importantly; post surgery I now feel like I have a new lease on life. I can function again! I’ve been suffering for too long & only wish I’d seen him sooner!
