Dr Darren Gold is just that, absolute gold. He helped me when I was at my lowest point in life and has given me straight, solid advice through multiple procedures since I had him personally reply to my initial enquiry when in desperate need of help. I honestly couldn't talk more highly of his manner both in office and in day-surgery. Along with the help of both Sharon and Julie his receptionists, Dr Gold turned my life around.
Previously made a review complaining about a mis-diagnosis and was told I could not communicate with them due to the review I posted. I deleted the review and called back and still no follow up available. Have made an application to NCAT to get a refund and make them aware of the issues I had aswell as other reviewers issues.
