Only leaving 1 star because its the lowest rating I can leave. My experience with Dr Orandi was horrible. He came off extremely nice and and sold me on everything to get my business. He explained to me how my insurance would cover everything, and I would have no out of pocket cost. Months in I started getting crazy bills for thousands of dollars. Have had the best experience at this office with Dr. Orandi and staff!
High turnover rate amongst office and injection staff. With each new office staff member, recurring visits are not entered properly leading to multiple instances of being told an injection could not be given because I “wasn’t on the schedule”. I went to this office for 2.5 years and on several occasions had bruising for weeks as subcutaneous injections were given deeper than a standard subcutaneous shot. Since I’ve been getting allergy injections , I’ve had less asthma symptoms and using my inhaler less.
Megan has gone above and beyond in helping me figure out my insurance, discount card for new med! She took over and called pharmacy and manufacturer and calling me to keep me updated!! I have never had an experience like this before and I am so grateful to her for her overwhelming willingness to help!!
