Colonoscopy procedure was not as good as last year. The anaesthetist for that day was not NIB registered so not only did I have to pay the hospital a $500 excess I had to pay the anaesthetist $650 as well. Friends and family have only ever paid the excess for this simple procedure. I was invoiced 2 days before the surgery and expected to pay upfront. I had a 2 scopes June 2021 and very happy with office staff and info they provided well in advance and then had good pre and post consults with Dr Hartley. The only downside is having to take Plenty - makes me extremely nauseous. Thanks all
