As a patient of Dr. Shalom, I cannot praise her enough for both her exceptional surgical skill and her genuine compassion. After consulting with other doctors, I found Dr. Shalom to be the one who truly took the time to explain my options clearly and develop a thoughtful treatment plan. Her expertise is evident—not only in her patient care but also in her role as a mentor to residents and fellows. I wholeheartedly recommend her to friends and colleagues—she is simply the best!
Horrible care. I had a prolapse repair performed by this doctor. She seemed caring at the beginning, but after surgery I had constant pain. She sends in her helpers after surgery. You will not see this doctor in your follow ups. After a few visits, I was told that the pain I was feeling was not from her surgery. Those were her last words to me and then walked out of the room. I felt as if I was a bother to her by having complications after surgery. She would not prescribe an MRI for me. I am in so much pain that I did not ha... read more
Dara Shalom is a wonderful doctor. She is kind, caring and solved my problem completely. She took plenty of time to explain my condition and to reassure me. Her staff is also caring and highly skilled. Ten Stars!!!!
