Dr. Cheng examined me very thoroughly and gave me excellent results. She patiently answered all my questions. I am very grateful to her!
Dr. Daphne Cheng was very thorough in her exam and gave me a good prescription for both regular glasses I can wear (i.e., for distance) when I am out and about, and computer glasses (for closer distance, and "add power" of +1.50 diopter) that I can wear at work. I also got free multi-focal trial contact lenses from her. I highly recommend her!
Beware, bad service. They just wanna get money . 5 minutes for a test . Need to pay once more for another test or another sevice. Black shop. Not recommend.
Expertise in eye care is limited and no sympathy for patient. Worst experience ever! ------------------------- Daphne's below response is very "polite", sincerely suggest her to apply the politeness to her daily clinic consultation! She was muted in the 15-min duration appointment(now I see, she likes typing more than talking), not even able to summarize and make basic suggestions on eye adjustment ability after evaluation.
