Very caring Doctor, explains things Well. I had surgery and I am very happy with the results. I’m still healing, but I’m headed in the right direction.Thanks to Dr Vacca.
Staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Vacca was familiar with my medical history and explained things clearly. The doctor was relaxed and made certain I was relaxed/comfortable with the treatment plan. We were given a folder with contact information for the doctor's team, and a chart to log in important dates. There was also printed information on the surgery I was to have.
Doctor Vaca first listened to what I said then he explained everything to me about what he will do for me.He was sincere about the surgery he will be performing
I saw Dr. Vacca recently. He was thorough during the office visit. He had reviewed my records and went over it with me. He explained clearly each procedure, options, timeline and what to expect. He provided resources for me to review to help me decide what option I should take. He provided the staff I should contact for what I need. I feel confident in moving forward with Dr. Vacca in whatever options I chose.
