Fantastic family led service, providing an exceptional service for the community
I'm not happy with service, treated as a number not a person. Can never get an appointment when needed - oh we can fit you in in three weeks - I'm sorry but I'm actually sick NOW it can't wait for three weeks! Well that's when we have a free appointment. Sorry. Thank you for responding in this manner. The next available appointment for you was three weeks as stated by your receptionist. We do not wish to see a new clinician every time we visit. Dr Dan’s medical clinic is like no other medical practice I have experience in 5-decades. I would not move interstate out of fear of not having a medical practice and doctor as top quality, thorough and caring as Dr Dan and his staff are. Folks it’s a shame that Dr Dan can’t replicate himself or become a robot and be available every second of the day for all of Australia, but hey folks, he’s a human being at the end of the day, so if you can’t get in for your cold symptoms today or his books are full, don’t give this amazing... read more
