Front office staff ～a woman was rude and unpatient.
I want to take a moment to thank the professional staff who made my intake experience pleasant and fast. I’ve interacted with my fair share of doctors. Most have been kind, given me the necessary information - move on. Dr. Danny Chu manages to be both extremely affable and professional. 剛剛從診所到家就迫不及待來個五星級評價。之前看到大家一致對王醫生好評，我立馬從別所轉到這家。這次做完腸、胃檢查真的不負所望，王醫生非常體貼患人，很詳細解說、負有責任心、耐心與細心一點不趕場不愧是年輕有為。從前台到麻醉師和協助醫生人員她們態度都好友善又有經驗。唯一感覺不舒服地方就是她們會當眾問患人出生日期，我做過婦科前台孕婦都是俄羅斯人，老闆醫生是老美他不允許我們當眾問病人隱私寫下就好，希望個人隱私方面也能廣泛在所有華人診所都能得到應有的重視。再次感謝王醫生和全體人員幫忙，我會毫不猶豫介紹王醫生給週遭有需要的人。
By far the rudest and most unprofessional front office staff we have encountered. Condescending in tone and unwillingness to work with the patient to provide service. They spent more time trying to shift responsibility and get you out the door than seeing to your concerns and questions. Sorry, but not everyone knows the policies and procedures that your office abides by especially elderly Chinese who don’t speak English, try to show some empathy.
