Very personable. Takes great care of patients and communicates well with families.
Before scheduled appointments her team would call to change them a day before because she had “meetings”. I felt discriminated upon & that she was extremely dry & cold. She never followed up, lacks empathy, and stopped filling prescriptions for no reason & no warning. Her last PA told me to my face that it was her last day because she realized drs and Cleveland Clinic only cared about collecting insurance money and patient care no longer exists. Dr. Jones is concise and to the point. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I am a very complex case and one thing I really needed to have done was brain surgery. Dr. Jones helped me deal with my fear of having it done by being very straightforward. She has been very supportive of every aspect of my care.
I've been seeing Dr. Jones for 6 years and she is truly amazing. She isn't a Dr that keeps you waiting for hours in the lobby. She's quick, knows what she's doing and always on time. I went from 5 to 6 migraines a week to maybe 1 or 2 max a week with my treatments. Highly recommend her if your a busy person, want a no BS Dr., want in and out quickly.
