I was a patient of Dr. Saldana. He was the Dr who first diagnosed me with RA. He put me on a biologic that never worked so he kept giving me narcotics. Tramadol didn't work, Lortab didn't work, higher dose didn't work, Oxycodone didn't work, higher dose didn't work, Morphine didn't work, more Morphine didn't work Then he left the country & didn't tell staff when he would return. The doctor and his staff are very kind and helpful. His Buffalo office is very hard to access becaude of a lot of stairs leading to his office. There is no disabled access.

They never return calls or follow up. Dr Saldana requested me to have bloodwork taken before my next appointment. I can't get the bloodwork done because the codes are wrong. For two weeks, I've called numerous times, left messages with the operator. Quest has even called them asking for them to fax it over. No return calls, no fax, nothing.

Terrible, uncaring, impatient. Another medical "professional" who doesn't listen and acts like no more than a middleman for pharmaceutical companies. Legitimately hurt by his treatment and wish I never would have entered his rundown office.
