Big regret seeing Dr. Danielle Micacchi, probably one the worst and most unprofessional dentists I had to deal with, gave me a lecture when I told her I wasn't comfortable getting a root canal. She walked out and never came back to discuss the xray but instead told her assistant to tell me I needed a root canal - totally disrespecting my wishes as there are other options other than a root canal that we could have discussed. She was rude, dismissive, condescending, and made the experience miserable. Stay away, far away.

Had a really great experience taking my little to see Dr. Danielle recently. She was so accommodating to my daughter who was really nervous. Dr Danielle and her staff all went above and beyond to help her have a good experience and were extremely patience during the whole process. I so appreciated how they took their time to make her feel comfortable. Thank you Danielle and staff! You’re all amazing!
A year after a nerve was hit during freezing. STILL having problems. Dentist showed absolutely NO concern. Never going back to her.
Our family have been patients of Dr. Ferg for many years and we have been extremely happy with his care. It wasn’t surprising that he would be sure to find a wonderful replacement to take over his practice as he retires.
