Paula was amazing and told me everything she was going to do before she did it! she was very helpful i hope i get her again!
Dr. Fry was informative and very detailed oriented. She looked at all aspects of my jaw and mouth and then to other areas like the tongue. Her knowledge was incredible. She answered all my questions and inquiries. I wish all doctors had this philosophy looking for the root cause not just a fix.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The orthodontist seemed competent and helpful, the office staff assistant Paula was very difficult to work with when it came to rescheduling. I ended up using another orthodontist and wasted several hundred dollars at this clinic. I would not recommend them, especially if you have an emergency come up such as a surgery or your work schedule is demanding.
