Dr Castillo is a super endo..very knowledgeable and compassionate...the front office leaves alotto be desired...never take for granted that whatever you call about is actually done- follow up...the administrative staff has been a real challenge that you need to be on top of or youay fall in between the cracks.
Dr. Castillo is the absolute BEST. Spends as much time with me as needed, and thoroughly explains things to me. I have never felt rushed in her office. She has been extremely helpful with RX / pharmacy issues and goes the extra mile to show she cares. She is cheerful and nurturing, and I genuinely feel better about myself when I leave her office. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I love Dr Danielle Castillo, she is so patient and kind. The blonde nurse that takes blood is not so kind... but Dr. Castillo makes up for it.
The initial visit with Dr. Castillo was fine. She ordered all the labs needed and listen to my issues, which was good, but the follow through after receiving my labs was horrible. There was no call back, no concerns with some of my lab numbers. I had to call on my own and still no concerns showed. Personal service and an interest in patient's concerns is very much lacking.
Dr. Castillo is great and has been very helpful, but, getting anything done through the front office has been a nightmare. Any time you need a prescription or something done with the insurance company it takes MULTIPLE calls to get it resolved. I have spent way too many hours dealing with them and finally have to move on to another office. I would highly recommend avoiding this office solely based on the inept front office.
