Dr. Daniela Stokes is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She helped me immensely with my issue. I first met her as an inpatient at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital dealing with high fever. She was friendly as she entered my room in the morning, had a nice smile, which is comforting, and took her time asking me specific questions to help surmise if I had possibly been exposed to ticks, among other things. I’ve called twice to make an appointment. I have seen this dr previously. The woman answering the phone just takes your information and says she leaves messages where someone would get back to you ( TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT) and I believe no one ever gets back to you ! Time to find another dr because the bad reception is in the way of care, which is unacceptable.
I have recently been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and it seems that I may have had it undetected for quite awhile. Dr. Stokes is exceptionally knowledgeable & skilled in treating this disease. If you have been diagnosed and are looking for a great ID provider in the Hudson Valley, you do not need to look any further. The hospital and Dr are the wors! My son was in and out of WBC for four weeks. Took blood for a test told me it would be back in 2 weeks, going on four weeks and no call no answer. Office refuses to help. condescending office staff and nobody calls you back. Stay away .
She is the best ! I was absolutely scared and terrified of my diagnosis. Every visit I was clearly emotional but her presence was calming and most importantly of all she gave me hope 🙏 VERY knowledgeable, Very professional. Simply the greatest I had the honor to call my doctor. Thanks so much Dr. Stokes !
