I cannot say enough about Dr. Cioflec, Steph, and Felecia. Dr. Cioflec is a caring doctor that takes the time to listen to her patients. She is an excellent doctor, and I am very blessed to be her patient. Her staff, from start to finish, are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This practice offers the best care all the way around!
Long time patient, stopped seeking treatment with this doctor. She was assisting me with treatment for an issue. When I explained during a follow up visit that the treatment was having bad side effects, she brushed it off. When I brought it up during the next visit, I told her again. She said I never told her to begin with. She switched my treatment that time. That treatment had worse side effects. When I called about it, I was told that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay out another copay, even though she ... read more

Dr Cioflec and her staff are wonderful, caring people. I have been a patient of hers for years, we have built a relationship of respect and trust. The staff never changes, Felicia and Joy have been there for as long as I can remember and are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have never had to wait incredibly long in the waiting room, maybe a wait during cold and flu season but that is to be expected. Highly recommend this doctor and her staff, they are wonderful.
