From the beginning to end Dr.Caprara was so amazing and made me feel cared for my entire pregnancy up until delivery! I can’t recommend her enough. Also Dalia at the front desk was always a pleasure to deal with when booking appts etc. :) thank you!!!
My family doctor sent me a confirmation of my appointment today (May 6/2026) with Dr. Caprara back in January. I come in to the clinic today only to find that Dr. Caprara is not in clinic and that my appointment is on May 27 as per the secretary. I showed her the document my GP sent me and she insisted that my appointment is on May 27 and blamed my GP’s office for not notifying me. Dr. Caprara is very patient, knowledgeable and kind, she is everything you could ask for when choosing a doctor. At her office, the lady at the front (Deliah) is so gracious and pleasant. She keeps everyone waiting calm and updated. There are appointments that do not always go as planned which may cause a delay to the subsequent appointments, this is not the fault of the doctor or the manager/secretary.
