This was the best Dr visit I have ever experienced! Dr. Bignoil was wonderful - professional, caring, compassionate, and explained in detail a routine health procedure that I have been nervous about. The office staff were also professional, helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Bignoli is an outstanding doctor who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. These traits were evident from start to finish. I’m very grateful she as able to see me on short notice without hesitation. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care.

Finding a primary care provider in Miami is HARD, there are good doctors, but they’re spread out & usually booked out for months. I am LUCKY to have found Dr. Bignoli, I’m so used to my concerns or questions being dismissed by doctors under “you’re fine” or them knowing better/ being busy. Dr. Bignoli understood me with few words, got me baselines for my hormone levels and her efforts made me feel safe and gave me a vote of confidence in looking after myself:) thank you!
