They never pick up their calls. I was told by the hospital to contact them for appointments but they never pick up any of my calls or reply to any of my voice messages or emails.
We were directed by the hospital; they told us they would call us within a week, and if they didn't call us within the first week, we should call them. They never contacted us. We called all the following week, and no one bothered to answer the phone. We left messages, and nothing. So we visited the office to find it closed during business hours, with the curtains drawn and someone inside who was clearly trying not to notice us. The very best surgeon I have ever had to deal with! Dr Wong cares about his patients with compassion and kindness! God bless you Dr Wong! I have seen doctors who don’t care about their patients and all they think about is money!
It would help if you answer your phone lines for an appointment when there is a patient with emergency surgery waiting to be scheduled
