My husband and started coming here for about 1 year. I have had cleanings and a few old filling replaced. The staff is friendly, the dental hygienist Alyse is awesome. Also very friendly, thorough and checks in to make sure I was ok. Today, Dr. Dan was running late after they had asked me to come earlier for my appointment. The staff quickly let me know about the situation and updated me as they had info. To top it off they gave me a gift certificate and apologized for the delay. Love Great Smiles Family Dental especially the office manager, Kim & the new office assistant, Heather. Always friendly w/a smile & very knowledgeable & helpful. Had Dawn for the 1st time for my daughter's cleaning. Did not care for her as much as who we usually see. She is super quiet & doesn't say much as she's doing the cleaning so you have to ask all the questions. When she answers, it's hard to understand her because she speaks so softly. Other than that, love this practice!
