This guy should not be allowed to practice medicine. So, where do I start....if unprofessional was a place, you found it. Dr. Torzala doesn't have the best bedside manner. When he was giving me my test results, he was telling me about my hand, which wasn't even the reason I was there. He said, well, at least it wasn't something abnormal. I said, I'd rather it'd be abnormal because of all these aches n pains and other symptoms. He said, we found what we found and walked out. Most unprofessional medical visit experience ever.
Is this Dr Torzala really a doctor? Horribly rude to my elderly grandmother. This place reminded me of those little drama shows you see on social media, where one person will act better and even bully you like they are too good. My grandma is older and hard of hearing she was talked down to, and then the “doctor” acted like he was doing her a favor to spend 2 minutes in the room with her. Bad. No other words just bad. Bad doctor and unprofessional staff. He is not better than people like he acts. Without patients he has no office. Maybe he should remember that
