I tried to ask a couple of questions, but he brushed me off and never answered. I'm a retired N.P. and I know I was asking valid questions and was not wasting his time. He ended up wasting my time.

Between the docs office and the testing facility is walking distance but they can't get two damn tests scheduled together correctly. Now my mother 95 years old and having pre stroke symptoms has to wait for the second of two tests that between the two facilities someone couldn't get all the terminology correctly conveyed and so new paperwork and approvals must happen and then the test all before the second week in Jan so she knows if she's got real concerns with her critically monitored health issues. I will not be returning here I just went in and seen Daniel Torzala and he is horrible he doesn't listen or care about u only do what he wants . Im trying to tell him what I'm allergic to and wanted to get a MRI done his response was we can do it but it's going to be negative. He doesn't ask what's going on with u or what's happening just walks in and starts barking orders.I wasted money going there pls don't waste your time .
I am shocked this man hasn’t lost his medical license. I have never come across someone who is so unkind and condescending. He should not be allowed to practice when he’s dealing with patients. I really wish someone would do something about this man. I couldn’t believe my eyes how he talked to me and rushed me like way he did. He made it so blatantly obvious he didn’t care at all about me.
