Is this Dr Torzala really a doctor? Horribly rude to my elderly grandmother. This place reminded me of those little drama shows you see on social media, where one person will act better and even bully you like they are too good. My grandma is older and hard of hearing she was talked down to, and then the “doctor” acted like he was doing her a favor to spend 2 minutes in the room with her. Bad. No other words just bad. Bad doctor and unprofessional staff. He is not better than people like he acts. Without patients he has no office. Maybe he should remember that
This doctor treated my sick wife horribly, she had been sick going numb and blind with severe headaches. The front desk girl was condescending and tried saying we had missed an appointment my wife politely told her she didn't miss an appointment thinking maybe they had her confused for another patient. The girl kept asking for $30 cash before signing her in my wife politely said can you check? And the girl said we will check on it and rolled her eyes then went and whispered to the doctor. Rude and dismissive. Just moved to Arizona and needed to establish care. Was treated like just another credit card walking through the door. Dr Daniel Torzala was in the room for 5 minutes 38 seconds, yes I timed it. After asking a couple questions, he shrugged off the answers and opened the door to "show me out" because it was a busy day and he was behind schedule. Will never return.
I've been treaded by Dr. Torzala for years now. Starting last Friday, the frequency and severity of my migraines has spiked, and I have been trying to leave a message for a nurse or the doctor so that I could have it addressed right away, today Monday, but they don't have a voicemail at their office. If nothing else, this should be a red flag.
