Would not recommend supper unfriendly walked in the room not even a greeting waited 6 months for an appointment to wait 45 to get called back only to be waiting 15 min in a room and the appointment didn’t last more than 10 min would not recommend the Dr.Torzala is not informative at all if I could give 0 stars I would.
I came prepared — I had done a one-page health summary with my chief complaints and pulled my own medical records before the first appointment. Despite that, the first visit was rude and condescending. I declined migraine medication because that wasn't why I was there, and instead of engaging with my actual concerns, he was dismissive. My primary concern is with Dr. Torzala and the quality of care I received during my visits. While I understand that medical offices can run behind schedule, I am consistently waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time, only to be rushed through a very brief visit. I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy at 27, which is a significant and life-changing condition. I scheduled my mom to see this doctor in the midst of a crisis. Iexplained she was in banner west hospital then northpark rehabilitation where she was prescribed medication by two different neurologist for her condition. Dr. Torzala received all my moms records ahead of time and not one person in this practice informed me he would not be able to continue with her meds as a neurologist. I am in complete disbelief right now. I am 42 and have been experiencing amnesia like symptoms, brain fog, blocked vision, dizziness. Dr Torzala is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen. My husband was in there with me and could not believe how uncaring, unprofessional , and rude this doctor was.
