I am very happy I left this office when I did. I had a bump in my gum and Dr. Shalyto left it there for years. He made it like I was overreacting and asked me, “What’s the problem it’s a bum.” My new dentist gave me a medication for $1.00 and it went away in ONE DAY (something viral). My route canal crown popped out- he shaved my tooth down too much and pushed the new crown down too hard to pop it on and was forceful. Dr. Shalyto is one of the best dentists that I've ever had the pleasure visiting. I had a very comprehensive procedure done that took almost two years to complete. His experience was invaluable and his knowledge and advice first rate. Office experience was pleasant and the ladies working there are always great to deal with. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs!
I saw the dentist for an issue with my teeth and they never sent the information to the insurance. I kept checking and they never sent for 1 month. When I went back to the office the dentist was nasty and informed me at that time that I needed a root canal.Why they made me wait for month to inform that I needed a root canal.
