I must say that Dr. Kosches is a great doctor and very professional and very cordial. However, his staff especially Lorna is the most disrespectful and rude on the phone I have never been treated so badly by anyone in the medical field she is hostile and very ag aggressive and unprofessional when she answers the phone, she is very short and dismissive and patronizing when she answers the phone.
