Dr Ramirez has been good. As a whole so far with office staff and scheduling is different. You constantly get sent to voice mail without return calls. There is no urgency in getting people scheduled for radiation . Biopsy’s. Results get explained so fast your head is spinning. My husband needs a procedure done before radiation starts and the ball was dropped on calling us once approved which is almost 2 weeks, we had to call them and find out what’s going on. Needless to say now we have to wait 5 weeks for procedure to start... read more
