Overall experience in office was okay. Not great. Our insurance paid for every visit, but we were charged for 2-3 services per visit (even though we each just got one adjustment). No bill received until 6 months after discontinuing treatments. Did not know we were being charged $90-$150 per person per visit. Billed $1100 AFTER insurance for 6 months of intermittent treatment. Office would not work out payment plan. 1 month later, small claims court? WHAT? This is how Healthy Futures chose to do business with our family!!!
