Staff is completely rude. We always feel like we're bothering them. Experienced one of the front staff on the phone with a patient while making angry faces and impatient gestures at the phone. Extremely long wait times! Getting someone on the phone is very difficult. Getting referrals is a nightmare. At our last visit, we tried to bring these matters to the Doctor, but he didn't care to hear about it and changed the subject. That was our last visit! Will never go back!
If I could give him a zero star I would. Don't recommend him or his nurse practitioner Marcy his nursing staff are very rude and unprofessional can't wait to get a new doctor.
