I will stick only to the facts-1-saw Dr. Neghassi for a general physical 0n 4/12/21. 2- Dr. Neghassi had a blood test done on me. 3- Called the lab Bio reference for test results. 4-The lipid panel was not ordered 5-called Dr. Neghassi's office to request that he order a lipid panel on that day (4/12/21).6- was advised by lab that was all he had to do since they still had my FRESH bloodwork at their lab on 4/12/21.7-.
