Dr. Navi is one of the best dermatologists I’ve been to. Excellent bedside manner, he listens and really is in the profession to HELP! He’s detailed, asks the appropriate questions necessary and is able to come up with a plan that actually works! He explains things simply so you can understand. He even took personal time out of his weekend to return my call and discuss my dire situation. Dr. Navi needs to work on his bedside manners. I brought my mother, a 76 year old lady, for a skin lesion on her nose. The condition needed treatment with liquid nitrogen. No preparation nor explanation to the patient of what he was about to do. He sprayed the caustic agent suddenly on her face without letting her know and it got into her eyes. We had to wash her eyes from the liquid nitrogen, immediately. And the skin lesion didn't heal. He didn't even explain the post-procedure care. It was the most disrespectul encounter ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Navi. Dr. Navi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and his skills truly shine in every treatment. He has magic hands, whenever he does Botox injections, I feel no pain at all. His treatments are consistently effective, and I’m always happy with the results. I genuinely trust him and highly recommend him.
