Dr. Navi needs to work on his bedside manners. I brought my mother, a 76 year old lady, for a skin lesion on her nose. The condition needed treatment with liquid nitrogen. No preparation nor explanation to the patient of what he was about to do. He sprayed the caustic agent suddenly on her face without letting her know and it got into her eyes. I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Navi. Dr. Navi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and his skills truly shine in every treatment. He has magic hands, whenever he does Botox injections, I feel no pain at all. His treatments are consistently effective, and I’m always happy with the results. I genuinely trust him and highly recommend him.

0 STARS - I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Dr Navi. He entered the room without introducing himself or asking me who I was or what my concerns were. His behavior was that he needed to rush through my appt to get to the next one, making my skin issues seem unimportant. He rushed through my exam making the entire appointment less than 5 minutes.
