This is the worst place ever. The girl who is a receptionist here is so rude, acts like SHE is the doctor, giving false information, yells at you if you ask her questions, and will block you from talking to anyone else who actually has a license there. I dont know how shes still there with all these complaints and how this hospital still operates. I tried calling multiple times to schedule an urgent appointment and no one picks up the phone. I left a voice message, and no one returned my phone call. I spent days trying to reach someone and you can't get through to anyone. I do not recommend this provider and will be seeking a new one as soon as possible.
This place is garbage. Completely untrained and unprofessional staff. The office is dirty and smells like mildew. You call and are placed on hold for 30 minutes - no joke! The tell you they are going to fill your prescription and do not. They treat you as a body and have zero relational skills. Good luck actually seeing Dr. Matemotja, you will get stuck with an unskilled Physician Assistant who thinks that they are your doctor.
