Absolutely terrible customer service and an unacceptable consultation process. This clinic does not answer the phone and hides behind email-only communication. Responses are painfully slow, especially from Dina, and there is zero effort to follow up or show basic care for patients. Compared to other clinics I’ve called that actually check in and prioritize patients, this place clearly does not value customer service at all. I had liposuction 360 in Oct'25 and my experience with Dr. Martin was excellent and I would recommend him based on the following : - Dr. Martin was knowledgeable, caring, patient in answering all my questions (some repeatedly). - He heads the cosmetic surgery department at Humber River Hospital - the cosmetic surgery clinic is modern, new, and the hospital has one of the lowest infection rates in Ontario. - His team members have excellent reviews - you can google them. - His office called me back within 30 minutes of my call... read more
I had my surgery done on April 3.2025 I am so happy with my results I had a liposuction and Breast Augmentation . Him and his staff are amazing from when they come and get you until you get to the operating room they make you feel very comfortable and Dr Martin is such a very detailed person and that what made me very happy with him being my surgeon I always told him you’re the surgeon I always let him do or make the decision what had to made. Dr. Martin and his team are amazing. Had 2 minor procedures done by Dr. Martin and I am very happy with the results. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I had many questions and he was able to answer them all. Him and all of the nurses are so kind and put me at ease before, during and after the procedures. Thank you for your great work!
