I’ve known Dr. Martin for many years. Everyone in my family has had a procedure successfully done by him. His office staff have always been very polite and helpful any time I have called. The staff and health care assistants at Humber River Church Site and then the new Hennick Humber Hospital where we had the procedures done were absolutely awesome as was Dr. Martin himself. I am so unbelievably happy with my results..Dr Martin was so professional and personable he answered all my questions with great patience and put me at ease every time. My appointments were always on time or with minimal wait and his receptionist staff are so friendly and accommodating. If I ever need anything else Dr Martin will be my first call !!
I saw Dr Martin This Morning because I feel another bump under the incision he made on my right foot where he did the biopsy 12 years ago and til this day he's the same sweet kind hearted doctor. He's definitely my favorite and most loved surgeon.
Absolutely terrible customer service and an unacceptable consultation process. This clinic does not answer the phone and hides behind email-only communication. Responses are painfully slow, especially from Dina, and there is zero effort to follow up or show basic care for patients. Compared to other clinics I’ve called that actually check in and prioritize patients, this place clearly does not value customer service at all. I had liposuction 360 in Oct'25 and my experience with Dr. Martin was excellent and I would recommend him based on the following : - Dr. Martin was knowledgeable, caring, patient in answering all my questions (some repeatedly). - He heads the cosmetic surgery department at Humber River Hospital - the cosmetic surgery clinic is modern, new, and the hospital has one of the lowest infection rates in Ontario. - His team members have excellent reviews - you can google them. - His office called me back within 30 minutes of my call... read more
