My recent appointment with Dr. Daniel Marcovici was utterly disappointing and highlighted a glaring lack of professionalism. Upon introduction I addressed him by his first name for simplicity, as his last name was difficult to pronounce and hard to remember. He immediately corrected me in a condescending tone, insisting on being referred to strictly as "Dr. Marcovici," which set an unwelcoming tone for the entire visit.
