Dr Kurtzman is Awesome, I was scared and worried, but I felt comfortable when I arrived to his office, he was friendly as well as his staff, he took his time making sure I was ok during and after the procedure, if I had too I would go back.
This review is more about the office administration and audiologist. I had multiple visits at this office in which the doctor interaction was perfectly fine, but the administration was poorly organized in terms of scheduling appointments. In my last appointment we waited 45 minutes only to find out that the audiologist could not see me, which I would not have found out if I had not inquired... no explanation was given, only feeble apologies.
