I have had the very best healthcare from Dr Dan Jacoby and his exception staff. From front desk, radiology and his team of PA’s they have monitored and given me all the procedures to recover from congestive heart failure in 2018. He has consistent stayed in touch personally or online with My Chart. No question unanswered. All medical advice given to bring me to better health. Dr Jacoby is outstanding in his own right. If I were to focus on my experienced comparison with Dr Kelly in Waterbury (horrible cardiologist) I would say Dr Jacoby deserves a fan faired PARADE In his honor! Dr. Jacoby is, quite simply, remarkable! My mother in law has been seeing him for a very complex set of issues that seem to have eluded other cardiologists. He is the epitome of a caring, gifted and dedicated healer.
