Dr Dan is just a phone call or text away. Appreciate his MDVIP practice- some of the best $$ I ever spent. He understands Wellness and is not quick to grab the script pad. He helps me work through things- often without prescriptions. He also coordinates among all my various doctors. Highly recommend. Such a caring guy.
I have seen Dr. Whitmer for 13 years. We went to a different doctor and found where he had misdiagnosed two things that are now worse than they should be because they were not treated properly to begin with. Dr. Timpone is excellent!
I have been going to Dr. Whitmer for well over 15 years. Nearly that entire time I had no health insurance and had to pay with cash. Dr Whitmer always gave me a discount, and frequently gave me prescription samples if I did not have the money to pay for one. His diagnoses was always nearly instantaneous and 100% correct. He has now taken his practice to MDVIP(Enhanced care, preventative medicine etc) which charges $1500/year with 600 patients a year max. Dr. Whitmer is GREAT! He truly cares about his patients. He makes decision about my care based on my individual circumstances, not a routine set of rules. He has been my Dr. for about 20 years and I dread the day he decides to retire...he will be hard to replace! After I got married, my husband starting going to Dr. Whitmer. He literally saved my husband's life by taking our concerns seriously. My husband ending up requiring immediate open heart surgery for five blockages. That was 3 years ago. He always gives me time for all of my questions, truly listens, and shows interest in latest research/studies. My most favorable impression stems from the 3 minor surgeries he performed on me in his office.
Very good doctor. He spends a lot of time listening to what you have to say, he doesn't rush you at all.
In and out in a flash was not able to ask questions and was there over 2 hours.
I've been with him for years; he's always very helpful, listens to what you have to say, and if you do research into your problem, he'll listen to what you find out.
