This one star rating is strictly for Dr. Rothbaum. The staff was wonderful but Dr Rothbaum has a terrible bedside manner, comes across as if he is “above” you, condescending, dismissive and aloof. Go somewhere else to someone who actually cares and wants people.
They seem to dismiss what you tell them. I told them my ears felt like they were blocked or plugged up and sometimes I got a pain that last a minute or so then left as quick as it came.. they suggested my hearing was getting worse ( which I am hard of hearing to begin with ) so made an appointment for hearing test. But I don’t like how they dismissed my concerns so will cancel that appointment and get the hearing test at the hearing aid place where I already have an appointment for in March! I am so glad I met with Dr. Rothbaum today. He intelligently explained my current situation, future options, and solutions. I left with all my concerns and questions answered.
This was my first visit to Dr. R. I found him to be professional. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I left being more informed about my medication and how best to handle my allergies. He was quick and right to the point. I highly recommend him!
Dr.Rothbaums staff is courteous and professional and that is the end of the positive for this errogant, rude, uninformative, compationless recipient of my copay and waste of my time.Ill need to make another appointment with another Dr. to get the answers this one was above answering.
