Rude and arrogant. My husband lost his sense of smell and taste forever after a procedure performed by him.

This one star rating is strictly for Dr. Rothbaum. The staff was wonderful but Dr Rothbaum has a terrible bedside manner, comes across as if he is “above” you, condescending, dismissive and aloof. Go somewhere else to someone who actually cares and wants people.
They seem to dismiss what you tell them. I told them my ears felt like they were blocked or plugged up and sometimes I got a pain that last a minute or so then left as quick as it came.. they suggested my hearing was getting worse ( which I am hard of hearing to begin with ) so made an appointment for hearing test. But I don’t like how they dismissed my concerns so will cancel that appointment and get the hearing test at the hearing aid place where I already have an appointment for in March!
