Staff was very kind and efficient. Dr. Scott Taylor, New Castle, Indiana referred me to Dr. Kim, who performed my back/spine surgery (with hardware) in 2020. I had to keep pressuring/demanding a doctor, in New Castle, to refer me to Dr. Scott Taylor. After the surgery I was informed that my condition was far worse than what the MRI showed and if Dr. Taylor and Dr. Kim had not moved quickly I might have become paralyzed. I had a spine stimulator put in my back to help with the chronic pain I've dealt with my whole life. Dr. Kim did the surgery, and made sure my anxiety and fears were relieved before and after the surgery. I am in a lot of pain, but that is normal. Dr. Kim gave me a whole new life implanting this in my body, and I just want to thank Boston Scientific as well. I had such a pleasant experience with Dr Kim and his staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even Justin the anesthesiologist was great he had me laughing so hard I forgot I was having surgery. Dr. Kim removed disc 4,5,6 from my upper spinal. I truly thank GOD for Dr Kim and the entire staff that worked with him concerning my surgery.
