I came in with my 1 year old that was having a hard time breathing and coughing really bad. Dr. Kranitz took a quick history and asked some basic questions. He was quick to start treatment and had me stay for a length of time so that he could monitor my baby to make sure that he was healthy enough to go home. He was friendly and helpful and made sure to explain things. I know that ER doctors are busy and see a wide variety of cases, so I am glad that he was knowledgeable and able to help.
