My story is a little different. Summer of 2023, I was referred from my gyno to this clinic and I wanted another doctor however I got Dr K instead. I went to his nurse who pre diagnosed me due to the 2 years of bloodwork information that I come in with. Then last October, I got my blood drawn and then it was time to see Dr K, unfortunately what he said was that there was nothing wrong with me and everything is normal. I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Katselnik. I called last week 3-5 different days, got VM, & no return call. How does a practice survive this kind of poor communication ?
The office is run terribly. They changed my appointment time on me without calling to tell me. They never apologized, but instead made it my fault saying they posted it on my patient portal. I didn’t know to check it! At another appointment, I was called back on time, but put in a room by myself where the light worked on a sensor and about every minute the light would go off if no motion detected.
