I highly recommend Medford Periodontics! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr.Jiang is extremely knowledgeable and ensures his patients leave educated about their oral health. He makes it a point to remember his patients and greets them every visit. I had a procedure done and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from him the next day. He just wanted to check in and make sure I was doing alright. That type of care isn’t taught. It is just who he is as a person and professional.

I had a really good experience with Dr Jiang at Medford Periodontics. I got two gum grafts and both have held up great, it doesn't look like I had surgery and even my dentist was impressed. He carefully explained the reasons behind his recommendations and Barbara was very patient and helpful explaining the billing and insurance. I highly recommend Medford Periodontics.

I highly recommend Medford Periodontics. The staff are outstanding. Suzanne is a wonderful hygienist, friendly, thorough, and informative. Dr. Jiang does great work. So good that I followed him to his practice and drive an hour out of my way to do so. My experience here has been nothing but positive.
