Good Work. I was with the previous dentist for close to 20 years and never had this issue. However, billing is not transparent. The office bills for items not covered by insurance and you don't know until afterwards. I have paid far more than was submitted to the insurance company for services rendered to my family. I am Paying for services that one insurance company stated was not necessary. Please do a pretreatment estimate and know what your responsibility is before starting services.
