Made me feel like he cared and would follow up, yet first three month follow up, never called, asked nurses four times so finally he called me after six months. Eye issues persisted but his golf vacation was more important. Called nurses four more times to get them to have him prescribe and otc eye drops so my insurance would cover it, he never called it or tried to help. The entire appointment was incredibly streamlined and efficient, from scheduling an appointment to the eye exam. The staff was professional, and the doctor demonstrated a high level of expertise, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process. I appreciated the use of advanced technology, which ensured a thorough and accurate assessment. This was, without a doubt, the highest quality care I’ve received from an eye doctor.
Dr. Jackson saw my two year old daughter after her pediatrician recommended a check up. He was amazing! He was so kind and personable. He ending up referring us to an ophthalmologist and by the time we walked out the door the admin assistant and already taken care of it. I was really impressed with the amount of details he paid attention to and how helpful him and his entire staff were.
Dan has been my eye doctor since I moved back to Omaha. Great care. Reasonable costs - doesn't push extras and unnecessary care like others. I have been very happy with him and his staff.
