If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I saw a wonderful provider at Harmonie Medical, Jordan, who is surrounded by terrible staff - including the Office Manager, Ashley. Sheryl was rude and disgusting; she would not take my word for it when I stated I met my Out of Pocket Max, nor would she check her system to prove that I had. She merely asked for the copay which she inevitably had to reverse the charge the SAME DAY, because I had indeed met my out of pocket max. I made an appointment; I am self pay. I was told it would be $113.00 for 1st visit. 3 days before my appointment someone called and said our prices went up today (July 18, 2025) The new price is $265.00. More than doubled.. please.. really???
Place is a rip off was told follow up visit would cost $91.00 when I went to check in for my appointment was told price went up to $230.00
