Would not recommend. I never made it past the front desk but that was enough for me. Customer service, empathy and professionalism was not in the building at all. Not even a smile to welcome you into the clinic. I Will be an appointment somewhere else where I’m valued as a patient and treated kindly 😌

I recently had my annual skin cancer exam at Harmonie Medical. I waited for more than half an hour past my appointment time. The practitioner conducted my exam in less than 30 seconds and did not check any parts of my body that were under my clothing, with the exception of pulling up the back of my shirt. I gave my insurance info to the front desk upon arrival, and subsequently received a bill for $220.00 stating that my insurance coverage was not in effect on the date of service. From the kind and compassionate Front desk support staff at check in to the fine care of Lauren Lewis- Herbert who knows exactly how to help a Senior Lady with Hair Loss. Buying the Rogaine on Amazon and Vitamins B7 is working.And affordable !Lauren treated me with kindness and Compassion as the entire staff too! I felt like family. God bless each of you always.
