They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this staff friendly? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Doctor Moynihan is the most attentive physician I've ever had the pleasure to see. He stays tuned in to the most up-to-date medical information and takes the time to listen to me regarding my health concerns. He's the best as are his staff. 5 STARS!
